Integrated Content Strategist, ABM Campaigns - N.A. Marketing, HCM

Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategy
Provides content development, technical orientation and user perspective to online products, services, communities by guiding and ensuring consistency throughout the site with respect to Oracle's image and qualtiy standards. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Confers with project teams to develop and implement digital content and applications. Serves as a liaison among marketing, alliances, product management and product development to integrate a variety of content and to achieve a consistent, successful product for the user. Work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement an integrated content strategy. Develop techniques on ways to build traffic, generate leads and develop audience. Works with management to develop project objectives . Consults with graphic designers and web designers to insure that required technical features are feasible and can be implemented. Teams with creative and technical leads to manage overall content strategy. May provide project leadership

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Advanced knowledge of digital design, flow and site organization. 8 years relevant work experience. The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be partof our growingNorth America HCM Marketingteam. You will create the content that supports integrated digitalmarketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and target new buyers forOracle s HCM cloud solutions. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of strategy, clear value propositions,messaging, and contact acquisition, so you can advise on and produce compellingcontent that supports the buyer s journey and drives prospects to action. Astrong understanding of account based campaigns marketing is preferred. Inaddition, you should be detail-oriented, committed tomeeting tight deadlines and have a strong writing portfolio. This position requires a high level ofcreativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write bettermaterial.


Primary JobResponsibilities
Create demand-generating content including briefs, ebooks, emails, newsletters, etc. to drive our HR persona-based marketing initiatives.
Plan and strategize marketing campaign execution including customer-facing content, field programs, content scheduling, digital media, and channel collaboration.
Design and create integrated marketing strategies and tactics for high-value accounts (account based marketing) around sales plays using various channels including digital, events, and social media
Monitor and measure program success using BI/analytics/reporting to assess engagement and track ROI, as well as optimize the effectiveness of program activities.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategy and execution through better audience segmentation, account-based and other marketing techniques, and best practices
Strong understanding of industry segmentation and content creation for the targeted HR personas.
Experience working in specific verticals such as higher education, health care, financial services, retail, industrial manufacturing, and professional services.


Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience in HCM with a clear understanding of the challenges HR organizations face.
A minimum of 2 years of SaaS technology experience with an understanding of how. cloud technologies can support HR organizations and facilitate overall business results.
2 years experience building and carrying out account-based marketing programs in B2B.
Experience working with large B2B SaaS and digital enterprises.
Demonstrated ability to write personalized and relevant HR persona-based content as it relates to industry-specific challenges.
Proven project management, planning, organizational and excel skills.
Demonstratedexperience working effectively across teams to meet tight deadlines in a highlymatrixed virtual environment.
Commitment toachieving team goals, including lead generation and pipeline attribution.
Ability to thinkstrategically and creatively while maintaining attention to details.
A positive,self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Familiarity withmarketing and sales automation tools (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud) a must.
Travel Component: Minimal. Approx. 10% travelwithin the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill thisrole.
Position Location: Prefer candidates based in Austin, TX, Redwood City, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), or Denver, CO.
