The Analyst's primary responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day support to the Director of Development/Acquisitions in the financial market, particularly in sourcing and analyzing potential real estate investments.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the underwriting and financial deliverables of hotel & multifamily assets.
This position affords the opportunity to work closely with Acquisitions Team on wide range of transactions and insure existing portfolio performance through a cohesive support approach.
In this role, you will be required to analyze & optimize a diverse portfolio of Hotel & multi family operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with at least 2
years of commercial real estate underwriting experience, specifically with multi-family & hotel assets.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist the Director of Development/Acquisitions to source, analyze, interpret, and underwrite multifamily/Hotel real estate transactions in compliance with respective agency guidelines.
Prequalify investment opportunities primarily in Hotels and apartments Research various marketplaces and convey findings Conduct detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of target markets Assist in securing financing from potential lenders including originating, analyzing, and presenting recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with designated resources Source, review & analyze potential acquisition to determine viability Work closely with legal, finance and other related departments to execute real estate transactions, including required document and information delivery, participate in the due diligence tasks, document management and track milestones.
Maintain real estate database and files (hard copy and electronic) to ensure all required documentation, including legal documents and related correspondence, is properly stored and accessible Schedule meetings & record minutes for action plans to ensure deadlines are met Conduct comprehensive inspections of physical real-estate assets on an as-needed basis Skills, Education and

degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or relevant analytical knowledge, OR 5
years of commercial real estate experience in lieu of degree 2
years experience working commercial real estate Highly developed analytical, research and written/oral presentation skills Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy Demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule Capability to research beyond the internet, in a time - sensitive environment Utilize market comps to project trends, through collection of data Ability to work productively under minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL and Word Strong work ethic Must have good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team member that takes direction well.
