The Front Desk Agent will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and ensure all guest needs are met.
-This location is situated in a very safe area with the lowest crime rates in the SoCal region as well as bus lines located in walking-distance to the property.
As a result, there are less disturbances that are encountered which makes this location favorable to work in.
-The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude, and must be able to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday (hours will vary) (some weekends may be required).

Responsibilities:
Greet and check guests in/out.
Answer incoming phone calls and take messages in a professional manner.
Provide information about rooms, rates, check out procedures, and guest needs.
Respond to guest complaints, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
