We are seeking a self-driven Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to join our team at our Arcadia, CA office.
What You'll Do This role is the initial contact for our clients and new customers, you are the eyes and ears for our sales team, fielding customer inquiries and offering security solutions to best fit their needs.
Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to grow and challenge yourself.
This role will also assist with compliance and ensuring we have the necessary documentation per state laws.
Available Shift Monday - Friday from 4pm to 12am Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales calls Secure sales by offering security services and identify the customers needs Enhance the customer service experience by answering questions/inquires, clarifies information, troubleshoots and provides solutions/alternatives Build sustainable customer relationships in order to establish a solid connection with our existing clients and new customers Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers Keep records of all interactions in the CRM sales database in a detailed manner ensuring all call related information is recorded Responsible for updating compliance spreadsheets and maintaining accurate license/certificates on file Follow up on quotes and generates profitable sales orders Assist with dispatching guards to clients Work well independently along with being able to collaborate with our sales team What You Need To Get The Job Done High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of customer service experience 2
years of sales experience Must have excellent communications skills Be proficient in PC operation and navigation CRM experience is a plus; training will be provided Security industry knowledge is a plus What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture.
